Nana’s Famous Blueberry Pound Cake


Soft butter 1 cup

Eggs 7

Salt ½ Tsp

Sour Cream 1 ½ cup

Sugar 2 ¾ cup

All- Purpose flour 3 cup Sifted

Baking Soda ¼ Tsp

Vanilla Flavoring 1 ½ Tsp

Blueberries 2 cups


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until light; add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each. Sift dry ingredients three times and add alternatively with sour cream to first mixture, beating until smooth. Add vanilla flavoring. Add in fresh or frozen blueberries mixing in carefully.  Spray bunt cake pan with cooking spray. Pour mixture into bunt cake pan. Bake for 1hr on 350 degrees
