Blueberry Crunch


4 cups blueberries

1 yellow cake mix

1 stick butter

1 cup crushed pecans

½ cup brown sugar

1 small can crushed pineapple


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil bottom of 9 X 13 dish with Pam or butter. Cover bottom of dish with crushed pineapple. Pour fresh or frozen blueberries on top of pineapple. Pour dry yellow cake mix evenly over blueberries. Melt one stick of butter and pour over cake mix. Sprinkle brown sugar and crushed pecans over top. Cover with foil and bake for 45- 50 mins. Uncover and cook until pecans become golden brown.
